I needed a place of origin for my sims, Jagger (Jag) and Valentino (Val) McWine in the Dusty Plains and Nectar Hills crossover Rainbowcies.

I have all EP/SP through Pets installed. The building was all done pre-Town Life Stuff Pack.
The residents (Clans) of Nectar Hills are vintners and have developed a mechanically inclined community, with unique homes designed to make maximum use of the land in growing vineyards. There are several wild vineyards scattered about the hills as well.
Each Clan occupies one of the seven (one for each type of grape in the game :P)arcology-type residences in the hills. The Arcologies have several levels, with living quarters above ground and the nectar-making processes in the lower levels.

I have used a lot of Store content to furnish this home (and copied to the others), which will default to base game content if you do not own it, but I have also used doors and windows from the Store.
